Please ask about delivery times when you place your order. Our standard turnaround time for most products is 6 working days from receipt of finished artwork, but this may vary from time to time.

In the case of goods delivered by third party carriers, Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd has no control from the point at which we hand the product over to the carrier and the company bares no responsibility for their safe delivery.

Returned goods

Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd makes every effort to supply quality products to our customers. Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective for reasons of faulty workmanship or materials.

The mailing address for returned goods can be found on the Contact Details page. No goods will be accepted for return without prior agreement by email. Please do not send them without our agreement.

Payment

All goods remain the property of Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd until paid for in full. Invoices that remain unpaid after 90 days from invoice date will be subject to interest charges at the rate of 21% per annum from invoice date, charged monthly and compounding.

Tax

GST will be added where applicable. Overseas clients may not be liable for GST.

This Site is owned and operated by Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd.

All software used on the Website and all content included on it is the property of Displays Direct Australia Pty Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as a potential purchaser of our products or services and provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are kept intact.

Law

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, Australian law, and any disputes that may arise under or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Quality Assurance

We aim to provide you with the highest quality products and services without false claims or ambiguity. We also strive to ensure that you are provided with the fullest information possible, prior to your making a purchase. Please ask one of our staff for details if you are uncertain about any aspect of the products and services we supply.

All enquirers are subject to receipt of a written offer of sale prior to purchase in order that both parties are aware of the offer. Orders are accepted subject to the purchaser’s acceptance of the offer and orders are only accepted on this basis.
